Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. We're fast, but not "drop everything mid-nap" fast. Processing may take a bit longer during peak periods, because apparently everyone's pet ruins their life at the same time of year.

Shipping & Delivery Once it ships, delivery usually takes 4-8 business days depending on your location and shipping method. We'd send it by carrier pigeon if it were faster, but pigeons are unreliable and also technically pets.

Order Updates You'll get tracking info the moment your order ships, so you can obsessively refresh it like it's your pet's vet results.
