At Lazy Pets Club, we want your gear to actually make you happy, not just tolerable. If something's off, we'll fix it.

We offer refunds for:

• Items sent incorrectly (our bad, not yours)
• Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, after that, we assume you and the shirt have bonded.

To request a refund, email us at support@lazypetsclub.com with your order number and what went wrong.

This policy may get updated without a heads-up. For the latest version, just email us, we're faster than your dog when you say "walk."

For best long-term results, follow the washing and care instructions that came with your order. We know, reading instructions isn't very "lazy pets" of you, but your shirt will thank you.
